Trip to Preikestolen with friends on a cold octobers day + painful bonus in the end :)

Preikestolen, or Pulpit Rock, is one of the most popular tourist places in Norway. It is located in south west of the country. The rock streches 604 metres above 40 kilometres long, 422 metres deep Lysefjord.
It is probably the easiest hike of all those popular in Norway. If You are in a good shape You will be on the top in 1.5 hour easily, going down is even faster. The hight difference between the parking lot and the Preikestolen flat is around 350 metres. Total hike one way is almost 4 kilometres or around 2.5 miles. There are two steeper streches, quite short though, rest is just walk in the park. Actualy now it is even easier then when I filmed it, most of the harder streches with loose rocks are changed into steps made of rocks, what I think unfortunately made it less exiting.
Enjoy the trip ;)
